Justin Timberlake and his wife Jessica Biel apparently got tired of their Penthouse in SoHo and decided to put it on the market.

The 2598-square-foot spread includes three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and a 853-square-foot balcony that wraps around the entire condo. Other features include electric window shades, marble flooring, 24-hour door security and parking with a secluded entrance. Several other celebs are reported to live in the building as well.
