Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson returns in the hit HBO series Ballers this Sunday, the 17th. Ballers is essentially “Entourage” but in a sports-themed fashion. It should be interesting to see where things go, but it should make for an entertaining season to watch regardless.
Forbes has recently named Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson the highest paid actor in the world in 2016. The former pro wrestler shared on Instagram on Wednesday that he has earned top honors.
The Rock also ranked in at 19th on Forbes’ list of the top 100 highest-paid celebrities raking in a whooping $64.5 million this year. Since 2001, The Rock has steadily climbed the ranks of Hollywood to become one of the hottest a-list actors in the world.
HBO will be releasing a brand new original series on June 21st. The show is about professional athletes, and what they do after their time on the field. Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson will be the main character, with appearances from a range of different actors and athletes.
