Pharrell’s Miami Penthouse is Officially On the Market

Pharrell’s Miami penthouse is officially up for sale, and it can be all yours for just a shade under $11 million.  It features 10,000 square feet of space inside with an additional 5000 square feet on the rooftop deck/pool area.  You can sleep plenty of people with the 5 bedrooms it has, and no bathroom issues in the morning because it has 6.5 of those as well.

Not to mention that the views of Biscayne Bay are out of this world.  Just imagine soaking in the outdoor hot tub while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and puffing on a Cuban cigar.  Would be glorious.

You can see the listing right here.

The end result imitates an independent house sitting on top of a building. Check out full details on Bernard Khoury’s website.

The Most Expensive Home In NYC

The Penthouse on top of the Pierre Hotel in New York City is now officially the most expensive home in the Big Apple. It was formerly owned by stock market analyst Martin Zweig who originally purchased the pad for $21.5 Million in 1999. It’s now on the market for $125 Million – $10 million more than the One57 Penthouse which used to hold the record.

The Penthouse occupies 3 floors and offers amazing views of Manhattan, Central Park, the Hudson, and East River. With the interior being inspired by the Palace of Versailles, it truly is a place fit for a king. The new owner will have 5 master bedrooms to choose from in addition to separate guest suites and staff accommodation, 6 full bathrooms, four terraces, and five working fireplaces.

Frank Sinatra's NYC Penthouse

Frank Sinatra’s New York City Penthouse just recently hit the market. Apparently Frank designed this place himself back in 1961. The place was refurbished back in 2008 and modern additions like the glass staircase, gourmet kitchen, and marble fireplace were added, but other than that it is pretty much the same apartment that Frank called home. It has four bedrooms, six bathrooms,  two large terraces, and amazing views of the East River.  This is the definition of a bachelor pad. No chick could turn down the opportunity to spend the night at Frank Sinatra’s former place of residence.  Continue reading Frank Sinatra's NYC Penthouse
