I usually don’t like to feature architecture that doesn’t currently exist, but I had to make an exception for this $110 Million dollar penthouse in NYC. The $110,000,000 price tag makes this Penthouse the most expensive ever listed in NYC. The 11,000 square foot home is located on the top two floors of the One57 Tower which will overlook Central Park when it is finally completed in 2013. Features include a 57-foot-wide, double-high “grand salon†facing Central Park, a 24-hour doorman and concierge, triple-height indoor swimming pool and custom Jacuzzi, library, catering kitchen, private fitness center, yoga studio and pet wash room. Doin’ it in the Park: Pick-up Basketball, NYC is a documentary that explores the definition, history, culture and social impact of New York’s summer b-ball scene. The film was directed by Bobbito Garcia and Kevin Couliau who visited 180 courts throughout NYC’s five boroughs in order to create this documentary. The film is set to releases Summer 2012. I can’t wait to see this one.
