DeLorean Motor Company is not playing any games when it comes to the return of their iconic automobile. Seriously, I wanted one before, but now? I NEED ONE. Word on the street is we’ll see the return of the DeLorean sometime in the early-goings of 2017. Only 300 are said to be produced, so good luck getting behind the wheel of one.
That’s right, the iconic ride from the movie “Back to the Future” is potentially going back into production as early as 2017. The company plans to build 300 replicas of the original 1982 model, and they’ve already received approval from the federal government. There’s not any word on price just yet, but they hope to keep it under $100,000 a pop. Seems like they could be pricey, but a ride like this is basically priceless.
