Last December, LeBron James signed a lifetime deal with Nike and immediately everyone jumped into guessing how much the deal was worth. Well, thanks to an interview with his manager Maverick Carter, GQ was able to discover that it could possibly be worth more than a billion dollars.
Apparently, Carter did not verbally confirm this, but when asked about a line in Kanye’s song “Facts” stating the deal was worth a billion, Maverick simply smiled and pointed up. However much the number is, it’s the largest deal in Nike’s history. And for LeBron James, it’s certainly worth it.
Take a look back at some of LeBron’s signature shoes with Nike:

We all know who Riley Curry (Steph Curry’s daughter) is rooting for. Our question is: Who do you think will win the NBA Finals? Game 1 starts tonight on Golden State’s home turf at 8PM CST. It’s been a fun season so far, and I think we’re in for quite the finish.
