After unveiling their entire Spring/Summer 2019 accessory collection, Supreme is now highlighting one of their more expensive pieces.
The item, a cupid figurine, was produced by Europe’s premier porcelain manufacturer, Meissen, which was founded in 1708 by Ehrenfried Walther von Tschirnhaus. The company was the first in the area to produce hard-paste porcelain, or ceramic. Meissen items have gone on to become collector’s items and are selling for thousands of dollars at auction.
Supreme produced a short video showcasing the creative process behind their Meissen cupid figurine. Check that out below.
The Meissen x Supreme cupid figurine will release as part of Supreme’s March 14 drop. The price is projected to be around $4,000.
