Drake just dropped the first single off his upcoming album Thank Me Later. Produced by Boi-1da, has a pretty ill sound to it. I think Drake has been pretty over-hyped since he came out in the hip-hop/r&b game, but dude does have some definite talent. Download/stream after the jump.
Anytime that a group of very talented people come together to do some for an extremely good cause, the outcome is usually nothing short of amazing. This project is no different, with the likes of Lupe Fiasco, Mike Shinoda, Kenna, & Dave Matthews, among a few others, this turned out so well. You can listen to your favorite songs in the player, and donate however much for each song you download. Any amount helps. Haiti will remain in our thoughts and prayers here at Sneakhype, and we hope everyone will lend a hand in this time of need.
All you music producers out there might like this, especially if your weapon of choice is Ableton Live. Developed by both Novation & Ableton, its perfect for doing your work in the studio, or if your like myself, DJing some jumpin’ house party. Anyways check out some closer looks after the jump.
I know some people out there don’t have iPods, either cause they don’t want to spend the money or they just don’t want one. Well if your reason is the first one then this Mp3 player is for you. For more than one reason as well. Reason 1, its your standard Mp3 player. Reason 2, you can actually put it in your tape deck and it will read the songs off the memory card through the stereo. Reason 3, it can be used as a card reader when plugged into your computer. The best part is that you get all this for a whoppin’….. $22.
So Karmaloop is putting on a T-shirt design contest with The Cool Kids, and there going to choose one winning design and that person recieves 10 grand, 5000 in cold hard cash 5000 in redeemable gift codes to use on karmaloop, sounds like a pretty good deal to me. Mikey Rocks, and Chuck Inglish will be picking the winner themselves. I grabbed a few designs that stood out to me, but you can check the rest of them out here.
