Evolution of Hip-Hop Dancing with Jimmy Fallon & Will Smith

The other night Jimmy Fallon & Will Smith decided to take us through the evolution of hip-hop dancing, and it is pretty awesome.

2 Old White Dudes Play Rick Ross & Jay-Z in Unofficial Video for “The Devil Is A Lie”

Ashley Smith Films is responsible for this incredible unofficial music video.  You may remember her work for the unofficial video for Kanye’s “Way Too Cold” song a couple years ago.  Anyways, enjoy.

“Rap Quotes” Street Signs – LA Edition (Video)

Artist Jay Shells is back with part 2 of his “Rap Quotes” hip-hop project. Last year we saw Jay hang up signs featuring rap lyrics all over New York. This time around, Jay hit up the sunny streets of LA. The street signs feature lyrics from West Coast rappers such as Warren G, Ice Cube, Kendrick Lamar, and more. As always, Jay hung the signs up in the exact locations that are mentioned in the song. Check it out.

The Smokers Club Tour 2013

The Smoker’s Club tour for 2013 is about halfway over. Luckily they came to Lawrence (where I live) and played a show at The Granada Theater which was nasty.

A$AP Rocky – Angels (Music Video)

A$AP Rocky just dropped these new visuals for the song “Angels” off his latest album.  With Halloween being yesterday, the Jason masks are very fitting.

Eminem – Survival (Music Video)

Just in case you needed a little help getting pumped up on this lovely Tuesday, Eminem just dropped the music video for his song Survival.  Gets the people going.

Pusha T – Sweet Serenade Feat. Chris Brown (Music Video)

Pusha T’s new album, My Name Is My Name, just dropped today, be sure to go and get that.  This is the music video for one of the stand-out tracks from the album, Sweet Serenade featuring Chris Brown.

A$AP Rocky – Fashion Killa (Music Video)

A$AP Rocky just dropped the music video for one of my favorite songs off of his last album.  The Fashion Killa video features the one-and-only Miss Rihanna.

Hangin’ With The Homies Air Fresheners ($5)

Hangin’ With The Homies has turned Hip-Hop legeneds Dr. Dre and Eazy-E in to air fresheners. Easy-E smells like Apple and Dr.Dre is scented in Black Ice. They’ve also produced a vanilla air freshener inspired by Ice-T’s album cover for Power that features Darlene Ortiz in a bikini holding a shotgun. These are available now at the Hangin’ With The Homies website for only $5  a piece.

Vic Mensa – Orange Soda (Music Video)

Vic Mensa, formerly of Kid These Days, just dropped the second video from his upcoming project, INNANETAPE.  I like the vibe on this one a lot.  I also happen to love orange soda, but who doesn’t?

Drake – 5AM In Toronto (Music Video)

First it was 9AM In Dallas, and now it’s 5AM In Toronto.  Drake just dropped these visuals for 5AM In Toronto.  They’re pretty simple, but still turned out dope.

50 Cent – We Up ft. Kendrick Lamar (Music Video)

50 Cent recently enlisted Kendrick Lamar for his latest single, We Up.  They just dropped the video for the song today.  After a couple listens I’m really liking the way this song sounds.  The video turned out great as well.

Joey Bada$$ – Unorthodox (Music Video)

It’s always dope to see a collaboration like this.  You got the new school with Joey, and then the veteran DJ Premier, put them on the same track and it’s greatness.  This music video turned out very dope as well.

HYPETRAK TV: 50 Cent – Cut From a Different Cloth (Part 1)

In this video 50 cent sits down with HYPETRAK TV to discuss business, hip-hop, and rap beefs.  You definitely can’t deny 50’s work ethic.  It’s crazy to see how he has managed this kind of longevity in the so-called “rap game.”
