Breezy Excursion released their 2013 Holiday collection over the weekend. I could tell you what I think of the new gear, but I think Breezy Excursion’s description of their Holiday line sums it up quite well: “This collection is dedicated to the lifestyle of the ghetto glorious and the hood lavish.” The 2013 Holiday collection is available for purchase on Breezy Excursion’s website.

It consists of shorts, sweat pants, t-shirts, and crewneck sweaters. While most of the line features a black/white color motif, there are some splashes of color mixed in. The entire Fall/Holiday collection will be available on Varsity Black’s website by Black Friday.

Our good friends at Entree LS unveiled their Fall 2013 collection, “Finally Autumn” this weekend. Their latest collection features a wide variety of cut and sew pieces including button-downs and hooded vests. These designs come in a variety of plaid patterns that merge street style with a more contemporary market. Alongside the new selection of button downs, Entree LS has released a series of all over print tee shirts and 5 Panel hats, which feature an elite cobra skin and floral pattern. An assembly of concept driven graphics take the lead from commemorating the legendary Michael Jackson during his Thriller era to the Misunderstood Riot Tee as a tribute to Trayvon Martin and the youth of today. New accessories for the IPhone 4s/5 and the Galaxy S3/S4 made their way into the “Finally Autumn” collection finishing with a Mini Misunderstood Teddy Plush Inch Doll.
LA based streetwear brand Dramamine is preparing to launch their inaugural collection this afternoon at 7pm. Dramamine clothing was founded by a group of dream chasers under the mantra “Dreams Really Mean nothing unless acted upon”. Dramamine’s collection consists of two t-shirts and a lightweight coaches jacket. Although it only features three pieces, the collection is very impressive considering it’s the first from the brand. We can’t wait to see more from the brand.

ROOK just released this new video detailing the inspiration behind their 2013 Spring/Summer collection. Judging by the video, ROOK decided to get back to the basics when designing their latest collection. Watercolors, colored pencils, and even crayons were all used throughout the design process. It’s cool to take a look into the inspiration behind a collection. Often times, we only see the finished product.
