It’s time for another episode of Derrick Rose’s mini-series. This one holds the theme of DRIVE, and it has D Rose showing you a little about how he grew up.
I wasn’t really feeling the D Rose 3 by adidas until I saw this colorway. These electric yellow kicks have been dubbed the “Chicago Fire.” The upper is made of rubberized, heavy-duty synthetics reminiscent of a firefighter’s turnout coat. The stripes on the back are reflective, while the black SPRINTFRAME was inspired by fire boots. The inside of the left tongue features the cross symbol of firefighters with the D Rose logo in the middle, and the right shoe features Rose’s lasered signature.
Here is a look at some upcoming LeBron X releases. In total, 3 new colorways will be released this month including Blue Diamond, Jade, and Pressure. The Jade colorway is already in stores and the others will be arriving shortly.
Who’s ready for another episode of The Return of D Rose? This episode carries the theme of PUSH. They also show a little behind-the-scenes footage of the recent commercial they shot.
Now this is a dope collector’s item. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a basketball with a crazy print like this. Leopard print happens to be my favorite, so if anyone wants to grab this for me, I would definitely appreciate it. Look for it to release some time in the next couple weeks.
Derek Rose and adidas just dropped the 3rd installment of “The Return of D Rose” series. The theme of this episode is “focus.”
A bunch of NBA players were recently in Shanghai, and this is some footage of Paul George jamming while there. Has this dunk been done before?
If you watched the US Men’s Basketball team win gold today then you may have noticed that LeBron was rocking some new kicks. It turns out that those kicks were the latest addition to his signature line of Nike shoes. His 10th signature model (LEBRON X) features a patriotic red, white and blue colorway and is equipped with all kinds of unique Nike technologies including a Zoom unit across the bottom, Flywire technology, Hyperfuse construction, and the Nike+ Basketball system. It’s crazy to think that LBJ is in the 10th year of his contract with Nike. I can still remember when his first shoe dropped. Anyway, no word on the price tag yet, but I’m going to guess that it will be right around $250.
In these next few weeks, you would be hard pressed to find a single article of clothing that would be more dope than one of these 1992 vs 2012 “Dream Team Collection” shirts/tanks/crews from 0 To Lose. This lineup is sick. AND, I’ve got a discount code for you to save 15%.
All three of these are timeless shoes from Nike if you ask me. The Nike Shox BB4 was probably my favorite childhood sneaker. They definitely looked a lot better than the adidas Kobe’s that came out around the same time. You got to love the Sneakhype-ish colorways as well.
Welp… tonight’s the night folks. Bron Bron and The Flash face off against Durantula and the gang in the 2012 NBA Finals. There’s still time to grab one of these tees or tanks from 0 To Lose before the champion is crowned. Or, rep your hometown hero from a fallen squad during the playoffs and throughout the summer. This line from 0 To Lose is easily one of the best NBA-themed offerings from street wear brands this season.
This is a series of photographs put together by Tim Tadder that showcases the possible evolution of sports. They all definitely have that Tron vibe going on. If I ever played tennis on a court up high like that, they would ban me for life with how many balls I would lose.
