Here’s a look at the new 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat. It’s supposed to be the most powerful Challenger that Dodge has produced so far. It’s packing a 6.2 liter V8 that pumps 600hp. Production will start in the third quarter of this year, so someone go ahead and pre-order one for me.
Oh, snap. Just when you think motor homes couldn’t be any more perfect for taking a road trip, they go and make one that can drive in water. CAMI (Cool Amphibious Manufacturers International) created this bad boy that is known as the Terra Wind. Top speed of 80mph, and 7 knots in the water. Any sailors know that math?
Ah, just what I need a $135,000 adult-sized go-kart. This is the Ariel Atom 3.5R Limited Edtion. I call it a go-kart purely because of looks, don’t get it twisted, this thing can move. It’s putting out 350hp that will get your from 0-62mph in just 2.5 seconds. Don’t lie, you know you want one.
JUMPR is a 7-ounce external battery that’s barely bigger than a cell phone, yet it packs enough of a power punch that it can actually jump start a car.
Bran Ferren is the brains behind this project, and 4 years were put into making this incredibly bad ass recreational station of a vehicle. The main thing in mind when it came to this exploration vehicle: his 4-year-old daughter. They are planning to taking this on some excursions together in California, the Mojave Desert, and possibly Canada & Europe. He has invested millions into this thing, and when it’s put to use later this year, he thinks it will be the elaborate all-terrain vehicle ever built. Check out the full article over on Wired.
Even though I’ve wanted to buy a Smart Car for months now, this is hilarious to me. Apparently, a group of people who either love vandalism or just hate Smart Cars went on a tipping spree yesterday morning. Four different cars were tipped over in a span of two different neighborhoods. Think twice before buying a Smart Car.
