Awhile back at Drake Night hosted by the Toronto Raptors and Drake, a couple of lucky fans received extremely rare pairs of Air Jordan Retro Xs. This weekend brings another retro release from Jordan Brand that is sure to have sneakerheads lining up. The Retro XI in a gamma blue colorway will be dropping on the 21st at retailers. You guys copping or passing?
Tomorrow Jordan Brand will be releasing the Retro XII’s in the Taxi colorway. They’ll be available at retailers like Wish ATL.

Artist Phil Robson – aka Filfury – created this series of sneaker artwork using a combination of photography and graphic design. He used classic shoes adidas, Reebok, and Nike to create objects such as insects and skulls. Take a look.

NYC-based artist Bryant Bonafide depicts these iconic Air Jordans in a somewhat religious light — all too appropriate considering our generation’s common worship of Jordan Brand.
Personally, I’ve been pretty disappointed by how often Jordan Brand has been releasing retros. In this particular case, I’m willing to put my feelings to the side due to the fact that these are my absolute favorite pair of Air Jordans. We won’t see these ’til next year, but I cannot wait.
