This Chinese Skyscraper Has a Built-In 350-Foot Waterfall

A new skyscraper in China is catching the attention of people around the world thanks to an artificial 350-foot waterfall constructed on its glass facade. Seems like a waste of water to me, but the developers claim that the waterfall utilizes  rainwater and runoff. The building will house offices and a luxury hotel once it officially opens.

In other real estate news, a piece of land in Beverly Hills is on the market for $1 Billion.
