HOLE. LEE. SH*T. They actually did it. Big Baller Brand, the sportswear brand founded by LaVar Ball and his sons, just unveiled Lonzo Ball’s first signature sneaker – the ZO2.
At first glance, it looks just like a Kobe sneaker. Probably because the Ball’s just ripped off a Kobe sneaker (I mean… come on). The price tag on these bad boys is set at $495. So literally no one is going to buy them. But the fact that they actually went out and did this on their own is impressive. So props to LaVar and the rest of the Ball family.
All jokes aside, this is a historic moment. Lonzo Ball will be the first player to have his own independently made signature shoe entering the NBA Draft. It’s a bold move, but considering negations with Nike, adidas and Under Armour had all fallen through, the Ball’s weren’t left with many options.
Take a closer look at the shoes below and head over to the Big Baller Brand website to pick up a pair.
