Last week, we showed you the rubber Chuck Taylor, and now Converse debuts the first shoe to ever utilize Polartec technology. Polartec is a premium producer of many innovative fabrics, including weather-resistant membrane technologies. There will be two models available in the Chuck ’70 Polartec, a high & a low. Retail will be set at $110, and expect a release to be very soon.

The shoes incorporate technology from Vans snow boots, which extends the rubber traction for maximum grip in wet terrains & snow.
