Potato chips are about as lowbrow as you can get. But one of Sweden’s finest micro breweries, St. Erik’s, is hoping to change all that. They created a line of potato chips that were specifically designed to pair perfectly with St. Erik’s India Pale Ale. They’re made using ingredients that are exclusive to Nordic countries like truffle seaweed and hand-picked crown dill. The chips are sold in packs of five for $56, making them the most expensive potato chips in the world.
