Hey guess what I’m doin right now. If you said “You’re blogging in your pajamas on your parents’ couch,” you’re only half right. I’m actually blogging from my mother effin brand effin new shiny iPad in my pajamas on my parents’ couch. And, it’s official: the first 22 years of my life will now be known as the “Pre iPad Era.” First, check out some product un-boxing pics. Now let me tell you about some of the must-have apps. You gotta get at least one of the iWork apps ($10). I have, so far, only bought Pages (the word processor app), but the user interface is amazing and it’s uber compatible with any file format. You can instantly export to the Windows-friendly .doc format, or just send a finished file as a PDF. Just look at the professional templates that you can customize with your own pics and text in like 2 minutes. Next up: email. The iPad is now my email reader of of choice. Until you experience swiping through your mail and how frikkin fast this thing is compared to any other device, you’ll just have to take my word for it that Apple figured out email… More →
