adidas recently released their new “Made in March” jerseys. We will probably first see these uniforms worn at the Regional Tournaments, and then of course in the March Madness Tournament. To everyone’s delight, they left out the camo this year and went with a more modest approach.

Black Scale has created a limited edition capsule collection for surf/skate retail jugernaut PacSun. The collection features four t-shirts, a longsleeve tee, and a couple hats. Photographer Van Styles was commissioned to create the lookbook for the new PacSun exclusive line. PacSun has long been known as a corporate chain that carried larger brands like Hurley and Billabong, but with introduction of this Black Scale collection it’s obvious that they are trying to make a name for themselves in the street wear community.
KITH will be releasing a few new pieces tomorrow morning. The “Us” crewneck, which is derived from their slogan “Just Us” will be available in 4 different colorways including forest, burgundy, black, and orange. The Bleecker quilted sweatpants will be available in just 3 including forest, burgundy, and orange. Release will be at 11AM EST at the KITH pop-up shop, KITH Brooklyn, and online.
In on-going attempt to further establish themselves in urban culture, adidas has added another influential designer to their already impressive roster. adidas Originals announced today that they have officially formed a new partnership with street wear legend and BAPE founder, NIGO. The addition of NIGO comes right on the heels of their new partnership with Kanye West. There is not much info regarding the partnership, except that NIGO’s first collection with adidas is due to release in Fall/Winter of 2014. Now that they have partnered with both Kanye West and NIGO, can adidas finally overtake Nike as the leading footwear/lifestyle brand?
