A pair of French artists, Ella & Pitr, recently turned a gigantic abounded dam into a canvas for their latest work of art.
The mural, which is called “The Shipwreck of Bienvenu,” is a 150-foot painting that highlights the struggle of refugees from around the world. It was painted on the side Piney’s Dam in La Valla-En Gier, France. The dam was left abandoned after experiencing structural issues. The piece took a team of 5 artists two weeks to complete.
