“Zebra” by Francis Giacobetti

We’ve all been there: growing up, sitting in the backseat of a minivan that had those defrost lines in the back window. ¬†The sun would shine through, and a kick-ass shadow would be cast upon your thighs and forearms. ¬†Photographer and artist Francis Giacobetti must’ve been even more mesmerized than the rest of us, because he used this as inspiration* for his project – Zebra – highlighting the contour lines of the human body. (*I have no idea whether or not this dude was inspired by a 1992 Chrysler Town and Country’s defrost lines, I just thought it made for a good segue.)
