I usually don’t like to feature architecture that doesn’t currently exist, but I had to make an exception for this $110 Million dollar penthouse in NYC. The $110,000,000 price tag makes this Penthouse the most expensive ever listed in NYC. The 11,000 square foot home is located on the top two floors of the One57 Tower which will overlook Central Park when it is finally completed in 2013. Features include a 57-foot-wide, double-high “grand salon” facing Central Park, a 24-hour doorman and concierge, triple-height indoor swimming pool and custom Jacuzzi, library, catering kitchen, private fitness center, yoga studio and pet wash room. It also has some pretty amazing views. That all sounds great, but is it really worth $110 Million?
