I believe i’ve mentioned my opinion on Letterman jackets, and how much i don’t like them but i have come to realize they’re actually pretty sick; The reason i didn’t like them was because i feel like you should never wear your high school Letterman jacket once your out of high school. So when i see a 26-year-old tool bag at a bar or house party rockin’ his old high school Letterman jacket, i’m just like “damn that’s gay”, thus givin’ me a negative opinion about them. Anyways, enough rambling, these varsity jackets right here, straight nasty, especially that all black. They should be droppin’ soon, we’ll keep ya posted.
Dope Levi jeans, KRINK paint, hot asian chicks, where the hell was I at during this little shindig? Really though, the main thing i’m diggin’ is those two windbreaker type jackets with the custom KRINK paint job on the backs; i think they should look into producing a full line of those for sure. Check out some other photos from the event after the jump, and if your in Tokyo over the next couple weeks they’ll have the installation on display over at Cinch.
Huf just released their new fall collection which features some t-shirts, crew neck sweaters, jeans, and a few cut & sew pieces. The LeBron 7’s have been off to a pretty good start. So far the ‘Red Carpet” colorway has been the most popular but i think these are the freshest LBJ-7’s to date. The Black/White pinstripes with the gold accents are too clean. You could rock these with a tuxedo. No word on the exact release date but we do know that it will be in 2010. We will keep you posted.
Shepard Fairey and Glen E. Friedman collaborated on this special edition Obey Giant print in support of Jim Muir, who founded the now legendary Dogtown Skateboards. Muir was recently injured in a surfing accident and a percentage of the proceeds gained from these sick prints will be put towards his medical bills. Only 450 of these were printed , all of which were signed by all three of these guys. These went on sale yesterday and you can get yours here.
This vest is all kinds of dope. Let see here….first off it was designed by Pharrell Williams which basically makes any article of clothing cooler. Pharrell collaborated with the European luxury ski-wear brand Moncler on this vest which was inspired by a bullet-proof vests. It was also manufactured by Pharrell’s textile company Bionic which recycles plastic bottles and turns them into yarns and fabric. The black vest is also reversible and the inside features a print designed by the Japanese artist, Keita Sugiura, who is known for his nature inspired creations. Wow, that is one fresh jacket. The release date and info have not yet been revealed but we will keep you post.
BBC just released a new colorway of their popular “Heart and Mind” tee as well as a new belt that features the same aesthetics. Both of these are available at select BBC flagship stores. Hit the link for more pictures.
Lookin’ at these shoes, i actually reminisce from the time i use to rock a couple pairs of women’s kicks because they were so funky fresh. I might have to cop the all royal blue joints that you see. Ladies, i am envious right now, but you’ve heard me say if before if i see you strollin’ down the street in these i might have to propose. These are available now at Proper.
Well it looks as if we have another Rolex rip-off. I can’t say that i’m hatin’ though, basically the same thing as a Rolex, a very small fraction of the cost of one, and it’s still made by a dope brand. Pricetag’s not to steep sitting at a some-what reasonable $330. It came out today, and you can check some other looks after the jump.
Talk about blue balls… this thing was just announced, but isn’t for sale yet. My pops has a waterproof camera and it is SICK. Use it in the pool/ocean/in a glass of milk/etc… ballin. Now Casio is raising the bar and making a waterproof camera shockproof, dustproof, and slim.
